As a Healthcare Assistant with some industry experience, the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and will be expected to be capable of day-to-day running of COVID swab testing in store. This will include sample management, sample preparation, data processing and generation of reports. The role is heavily customer service orientated therefore strong verbal communication skills are essential.

As Clinics Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for both bringing in new partnerships as well as developing and maintaining them.
You will ensure that commercial opportunities are identified and managed from conception to contract. You will develop and maintain clinics income and promote the clinics commercial business strategy.

To be the first point of contact for our Pharmacy partners and in store clinics, liaise with other team members to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth operation and great customer service.
